Classic links course with huge sand hills and rolling fairways. James Braid laid out the original 18 holes in 1907; changes were made in 1922 and 1935. English County Final and English Ladies Closed Amateur Championships were recently held there. On Church course, the 10th hole is the toughest par 4 and the 6th is a truly enormous sand hill known as the ‘Himalayas’:

Holywell course: 18 holes, par 63, length 4134 yards, standard scratch score 61.

The championship course offers a good test with well-positioned bunkers, affording varying degrees of difficulty to both professional and high handicap players. It is a well known links course with early holes close to the sea with the wind playing a significant part in preventing a low scoring card.
Championship course: 18 holes, par 71, length 6461 yards, course record 67, standard scratch score 71.
Short course: 9 holes, par 29, length 1360 yards, standard scratch score 29.

A Country Club facility with restaurant, health centre, indoor swimming pool as well as golf. Caters particularly for families with children.
Picturesque course in an undulating valley within sight of Polzeath. Testing 5th hole requiring a tight drive across a meandering stream with little margin for a wayward shot.
St Mellion – Near Saltash- about 30 miles.
One of the finest in Europe, thus being chosen for the Benson and Hedges International. It provides a real challenge.
Old course: 18 holes, par 70, 5927 yards.
Nichlaus course: 18 holes, par72, 6627 yards.
Bowood Park – Lanteglos, Camelford. About 4 miles. 18 holes 6,692 yards par 72. Tel 01840 213017
